• As of 06 September 2021 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 221,863,192 confirmed cases, including 4,586,662 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 2.1.
• In China, there were 123,214 confirmed cases with 5,685 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (212) and Taiwan (837). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (12,122), Macau (63), and Taiwan (16,019). CFR was 4.6.
• 10,458,318 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 232,176 deaths, with a CFR of 2.2.
