• As of 31 January 2022 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 374,805,765 confirmed cases, including 5,685,555 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 1.5.
• In China, there were 138,858 confirmed cases with 5,700 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (851). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (14,024), Macau (79) and Taiwan (18,735). CFR was 4.1.
• 16,605,188 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 313,808 deaths, with a CFR of 1.9
