• As of 24 September 2021 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 231,700,579 confirmed cases, including 4,745,422 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 2.0.
• In China, there were 124,295 confirmed cases with 5,690 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (841). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (12,170), Macau (63), and Taiwan (16,168). CFR was 4.6.
• 11,713,652 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 256,619 deaths, with a CFR of 2.2.
