• As of 22 September 2021 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 230,565,772 confirmed cases, including 4,725,574 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 2.0.
• In China, there were 124,192 confirmed cases with 5,689 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (840). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (12,167), Macau (63), and Taiwan (16,152). CFR was 4.6.
• 11,592,374 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 254,563 deaths, with a CFR of 2.2.
