• As of 02 February 2022 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 381,397,179 confirmed cases, including 5,708,107 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 1.5.
• In China, there were 139,272 confirmed cases with 5,700 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (851). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (14,197), Macau (79) and Taiwan (18,850). CFR was 4.1.
• 16,701,845 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 314,156 deaths, with a CFR of 1.9.
