Cases and Deaths as of 24 January 2022 • As of 24 January 2022 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 351,637,073 confirmed cases, including 5,620,682 deaths. Globally, Case Fatality Rate (CFR) was 1.6. • In China, there were 137,295 confirmed cases with 5,700 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (851). Confirmed cases in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (13,826), Macau (79) and Taiwan (18,325).
