• As of 31 May 2021 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 171,345,349 confirmed cases, including 3,559,520 deaths. Globally, Case Fatality Rate (CFR) is 2.1.
• In China, there were 111,121 confirmed cases with 4,955 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (210) and Taiwan (109). Confirmed cases in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (11,838), Macau (51), and Taiwan (8,160). 4,003,770 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 78,515 deaths, with a CFR of 2.0.
