• As of 20 September 2021 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 229,639,408 confirmed cases, including 4,710,764 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 2.1.
• In China, there were 124,054 confirmed cases with 5,689 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (840). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (12,161), Macau (63), and Taiwan (16,141). CFR was 4.6.
11,453,917 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 252,003 deaths, with a CFR of 2.2.
