• As of 19 January 2022 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 334,288,056 confirmed cases, including 5,577,703 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 1.7.
• In China, there were 136,355 confirmed cases with 5,700 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (851). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (13,066), Macau (79) and Taiwan (17,951). CFR was 4.2.
• 15,849,098 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 310,655 deaths, with a CFR of 2.0
