• As of 14 October 2021 (2PM, GMT+8), worldwide, there were 240,209,389 confirmed cases, including 4,893,362 deaths. Globally, Case
Fatality Rate (CFR) was 2.0.
• In China, there were 125,123 confirmed cases with 5,695 deaths, including deaths in Hong Kong (213) and Taiwan (846). Confirmed cases
in China include confirmed cases in Hong Kong (12,276), Macau (77), and Taiwan (16,313). CFR was 4.6.
• 12,635,443 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the ASEAN region with a total of 270,257 deaths, with a CFR of 2.1.
