Time Period Covered October 15, 2025 - October 15, 2025

On October 8, 2025, as reported in the Worlh Health Organization (WHO) South-East Asia Region Epidemiological Bulletin, Thailand reported two laboratory-confirmed cases of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) in Wang Pong District, Phetchabun Province. This followed the alert issued by the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health of Thailand on July 15, 2025.
